Yes, he is NNTP-Posting-Host: 65.26.201.54 = perkoff!
Complaints-To: groups-abuse [at] google.com
or Complaints-To: abuse [at] rr.com
How long has he had 65.26.201.54 as his IP? You'd think RoadRunner
Wisconsin would reset it after a year or so.
Please send all perkoff complaints-To: abuse [at] rr.com
