Actually, in 79 episodes, he only definately had sex once, in "The
Paridise Syndrome" (Although I admit it's implied in "Wink of an Eye" but
even so, that's only two). As for ex girlfriends, there's Janel Wallace,
Janet Lestor, Carol Marcus (one son, deseased) and "Ruth" (I don't Areel
Shaw, though some do, because she appears to have been no more than a
friend.)

Areel Shaw clearly was an ex-girlfriend. Also, what about the one he "meets"
in Shore Leave?

I have no special insight into the film industry, but I doubt it. When
Trek went off the air in 1969, 10 years past before it made a
comeback.
Still, there is hope. After all, Trek has been declared dead before.

I mentioned her. Ruth was the one in Shore Leave. As for Areel Shaw,
let's just agree to disagree rather than have an argument. :)
