Snaggletooth vs Bill Kolpeppel
Quantumn vs Bill Kolpeppel
Quantumn vs Wes Hutchings
Quantumn vs that Nordic dude (can't remember his name)
Snaggletooth vs Co Ordination Dik
Brett McConnie vs Dr Who
Snaggletooth vs C'Pi

and to be fair, whilst this is a slightly OT thread, them ol' feuds
really made the newsgroup that much more interesting. and we're not
talking i-know-you-are-but-what-am-i type feuds, we're talking genuine
hatred, rage-filled antagonisms replete with death threats, organised
fights and mother-insulting abuse...

no Snaggletooth vs Wes Hutchings?

Agreed Hands So Low... It nearly went down to you meeting Bill K for an
actual fight didn't it?? IIRC, he never showed though aka Vince Neil
and Axl Rose.

Wes and I had an animosity that couldn't be described and it doesn't
rate as a 'feud'.. It was much much more and doesn't deserve a mention
on this. All i can say is that i'm lucky Wes left this NG when he did
or i'd be serving three life sentences in San Quentin.

Is Franlkin Cross the new Wes Hutching??

LOL I can imagine you Star Wars geeks trying to fight each other. I can
just see it a couple of 90lb, zit-faced, thick-rimmed glasser wearing poin
dexters throwing their hand-bags at each other.

I bet neither of them showed up for the fight. I'm from the Old School, if
you organize a rumble you show! It seems there is a lot of tough talk with
some of you guys in front of your computer screen.

What happened with Wes anyway, why did he leave?

I'd pick HSL over Old School any day of the week... I could just
imagine that Old School - whispy beard, glasses sitting on point of
nose (gnome like red nose), suede shoes, wire-type arms, pants pulled
up to 5th rib, pale, boil infacted skin... Actually thinking about it,
that's what i imagine as most of you are looking like these days - Too
much time in front of the damn keyboard and not enough enjoying the
sun!!!

HSL to knock out Ol 'Anakin Skywalker after Darth Vader mask is taken
off' Skool in 2 rounds...

C'Pi versus his own ego. He lost of course. Remember how self-assured
he was about how Episode 3 was not going to have Padme dying in it?
And how he was so humiliated when he was proven wrong that he had to
slink away from the newsgroup? (Didn't he make some bet that he'd
leave if he was wrong about that?) Now that was funny. No great loss
to this newsgroup.

I've had words with good ol' Anybody before, but nothing of legend.
Actually, I"ve found myself actually taking his side on a lot of things
lately. Sure, his "I know everything" attitude is a bit harsh and hard to
get past sometimes, but that doesn't stop him from being right most of the
time.

LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE IS GREASING UP 'anybody'...

Man it makes me sick how most of you guys are constantly trying to get
on the good side of those who you admire... A lot of you do it to The
Con, a few to Anybody... But c'mon guys, if there was anyone to grease
up to, shouldn't it be me?? The no.1 star wars fan in this place??

You haven't watched "Clone Wars", and get snippy when people tell you the
answer to a question that you post, that not only has been answered a
bazillion times, but would not even need to be asked if you would have
watched Clone Wars.

Some "no.1 fan" you are.

And I'm not "Greasing Up" anybody, especially Anybody. I'm quite sure I'm
well placed in his killfile, so no matter what I say about him, he won't
read it unless someone quotes it in a reply. But it does get rather
tiresome to have people come in and say "How does Leia remember her
mother?" or "Why doesn't Owen remember the droids?" or "How can Obi-Wan
say he doesn't remember owning any droids when he had at least two
different R4 Units?" or "Why does General Grievous cough?" "Why doesn't
R2 remember Yoda?" or "Why doesn't Qui-Gon disappear?" or "Why doesn't
Chewie correct han about the Force, and tell him about meeting Yoda?" or
"Who was Sifo Dias?" every week or so, then instead of being greatful for
their answer (which could have been found easily by reading the FAQ or
browsing through the archives of the group on Google Groups), they get
all snide and snippy, like we ruined their chances of getting a prize for
finding a plot hole or discrepancy in the movies. Most of us try to be
polite, despite the snippy responces, and Anybody posts answers, links to
Google Groups, and Links to the FAQ, and when people get snippy with him
over it, he tells them off and killfiles them. I don't particularly care
for his tact at times, but I am beginning to understand where he's coming
from.

flying wonce more. The Allied Command ignored all of its men, and
