In the scene (where everyone laughed) as Yoda entered
the Emperor's office and doofed the 2 door guards...
After the Emperor gave Yoda a taste of some Sith
lightning and was walking over laughing....Why did the
aid leave? You know, the dude with the horns sticking
out of his head. Why did he tip the fuck out the door?

Would you particularly want to get in the way of a fight between the
most powerful Jedi and Sith in the Galaxy?? You might get a bit hurt

Emperor commanded him to leave? (like he did with the guards in ROTJ) or he
ducked for cover - as you see in any movie involving cops and robbers or
whatever. When guns start blazing everyone hightails it out of there.
Horns sticking out of his head? Darth Maul's clone? Darth Maul
resurrected? Just another of his species (whatever it is)?

He was definitely a different species than Darth Maul. Maul was an
Iridonian Zabrak, I believe. I'm not sure what species Palpatine's
assistant was.

Still, no one has answered my question...Or even postulated a theory.

Yes, they did. He didn't want to get his ass fried by two badasses.
It serves no purpose to have him around. He's certainly not going to
participate in the fight so it doesn't make sense for him to be
standing around or ducking under furniture. By leaving he is also
able to alert the troopers.
