There's a story that doesn't necessarily apply to Here but that I was
thinking of when I saw that:
Some time ago the US government forced the Creek indians out of Alabama
and Georgia into reservations in the west. Before they left to travel
the "Trail of Tears" the story says they cursed the local water supply
so that all who drank it would be forced to return, over and over again
no matter how hard they tried to leave or how far they went. Given how
many times I've come back here, I'm seriously tempted to believe it now :)
And my time Here seems very similar to me of late. *laughs*
