If Luke died in the garbage compactor, then there would be no hope for
the galaxy since the other remaining jedi probable person, Leia, would
have died with him.
If Vader died in the first deathstar, Palpatine would get a new
apprentice. Mara Jade anyone?
If Yoda was killed by Palpatine, it wouldn't change the future since
Luke and Leia would have died in the garbage compactor anyway.

Nice try. I too used to resort to name calling when I could not debate
somebody. I guess it's true that the new starwars movies are for kids, or
maybe just people with kid-like mentality. I actually know a 10 year old who
was mature enough to realize the recent movies (especially episode III) were
poorly written and acted. Incidentally, he is also one of the only children
I know who doesn't use words like "dickhead" anymore.
