| Christmas Dragon [message #178378] |

This morning at church (well, my equivelant to church) everyone was
making wreaths. I took a piece of extra chicken wire and rolled it
into a tube, but I couldn't get it into a proper circle without it
collapsing in on itself. Mabry, one of my best friends as well as
role-model since I was five years old, saw me and asked if i was making
a wreath. I said, "I really don't know," and she responded, "I would
expect you to make a dragon or something."
So I did.
It's got sticks for legs, two sets of small, spikey wings made out of
pine branches, horns made from pine cones, a tongue that's really a
sprig of berries, and whispers that are really silver wires with little
jingle bells on the ends. Everyone kept saying it was reall creative
and cool. Yay, ego boosts!

Yeah! Here in Oklahoma it snows only once or twice each winter, and
it's never more than 2 or 3 inches! We used to get more, but not
lately. Must be global warming, or something.

Even a smattering of snow would help out for the holidays. Of course then
the motorists would play suicidal dodgeball on the freeways. Still would
like snow, however. I am sure Flame Stryke would be willing to send snow our
way.

The holiday season doesn't officially start till the first traffic
fatality due to snow.

Unless they planned to die I figure they're suprised when death does occur.
Holiday season is festive and full of good cheer we cannot possibly die
due to some snow on the roads. Hey we can even drink and nothing will
happen to us. So yes I am not surpised when the fatalities begin. Only
surprise is to the dead.
