No, it's some crazy wild gual with a misperception about married
people. He's probably hoping that Gag Halfrunt is lurking here.

To me it seems like a spammer that forgot the link. Or maybe a spammer
building up tension to the ultimate spam! The spam to end all spam!

Oh.
On a side-note, I looked up what a "gual" is in my dictionary. It
isn't listed, but "guan" is. A guan is a "large pheasant-like
tree-dwelling bird of tropical American rainforests".
If this crazy wild gual is actually a typo'd crazy wild guan, then I
don't think it's too unreasonable for them to be misperceptive about
married people. Though I would recommend that they find a brain care
specialist, just to be on the safe side.

Or possibly it's someone playing with settings for their
spam-generating software. They've got the bayesian-spoofing bit
sorted, but look at all those commas - they look to me like optional
parameters not being utilised. Possibly.
I dunno. I think the fact I haven't eaten for several hours is
impairing my judgement and I should get some food in me.

[N.B. I am not a mathematician, nor do I play one on TV... however I am
a computer geek who hates SPAM.]
It's kind of the opposite, someone coined the term Bayesian filtering to
manage SPAM, so I guess Bayesian spoofing would be the invention of
content to fool the filters.
http://www.paulgraham.com/spam.html
How close this is to Bayes statistical works is beyond my ken, however a
number of spam filters and mail tools are filtering with this now.
Wikipedia has a disputed article about it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bayesian_filtering
The dispute is discussed here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Bayesian_filtering
Someone pointed out:
Bayesian statistics is a paradigm of statistics named for the Rev.
Thomas Bayes. It treats probabilities as estimates of uncertainty and
derives methods of statistical inference from decision theory. Bayesian
statistics is a reaction to frequentist statistics which interpretes
probabilities as the limiting frequency of events upon infinite
repetition of some experiment.
The term Bayesian filtering has lately been used to refer to the naive
Bayes algorithm which was invented in the 1960s, but recently made
popular by the web posting A Plan for Spam by Paul Graham. Presumably
Graham chose to refer to the naive Bayes classifier as "Bayesian
Filtering" due to its use of Bayes' theorem. This is somewhat confusing,
however, as neither Bayes' theorem nor the naive Bayes classifier is
necessarily Bayesian. Both are direct applications of probability theory
with no interpretation of what the probabilities mean.

It might have bearing on the reasons for nearly eating an advert for
it/them/her/him/whatever. Or it might not.

Not at all. I too share his curiosity. Was there some subliminal message
hidden among the young buttocks clad in tight jeans luring this unfortunate
to "eat me?" Was some pheromone secreted among the pages that induced this
ravaging hunger? Was the magazine printed on rice paper with soy ink and a
side of tempura veggies? We deserve to know.

I think the answer is that it was the CIA.
I bet they'd deny it, which means it must be true.

The ad had a picture of a blonde guy with a mullet in a dojo-looking
place, in a kung-fu pose, wearing a denim karate outfit. I wanted to
eat it in particular because...well because it was as appetizing as any
other page in the magazine. And it was more convenient because it was
opposite the article I was reading.
