Hey all,
Someone here recently posted the link to one of the pages on this site and
just last night I finished reading all the pages for all the films. I'm
sorry that the guy has so much emotional conflict about the movies, but I
must say I agreed with most of the character, story, or effects points that
he brings up. All the films are flawed, TESB just happens to be the least
flawed IMHO.
Too bad he's so upset about it, because his analysis is pretty spot-on.
Anyone else read the entire thing and what did you think (other than the
fact that he obviously cares a little too much)?

I read it and thought it was funny too, and often quite accurate. I don;
tknow if the writer is really as emotionally invested as he seems, or is
using "rant" as an artform.

I thought it was really funny and well done. Reading it just made me think,
what the f**k were Lucas and the other writers thinking anyway? Surely they
must have spotted the inconsistencies the author of the web site noticed.
George Lucas is many things, but not a genius, I'm sorry. I thank him for
Star Wars, but I wish he would have used his brain a little harder. The
character development and the story of the original trilogy was way
better... I think old age has rotted his creative process.

That website is great, and very well written.
I think the author is a big Star Wars fan having a bit of fun. Only
someone who loves the movies a lot can make fun of them (there are
clearly problems with the movies, however trivial). So it's either that
or it's really sad that someone would bash the movies in such detail if
they don't like them.
My least favourite part of Star Wars: Vader screaming 'Nooooooo' with
that crazy fists-clenched pose. Bad, George!
By process of elimination, everything about the movies he doesn't hate,
he must like...which would make a far larger website...
Lightsabres!!
Awesome villains!
Leia in a metal bikini
Lando's moustache
Boba Fett's helmet
'I am your father'
The Falcon
The Death Star...
....you get the idea.
