Is there anyt fact in Labyrinth of Evil that 'EXPLICITLY' contradict
the fact
which says that it was Palpatine himself who sent Sifo-dyas in the
first place
to Kamino to place to clone order ?
Need confirmation from those who really read the novel. Thanks in
advance

I don't recall anything explicitly said like that.
In fact, the New Essential Chronology explicitly says that Sifo-Dyas
acted on his own, ordered the clones, and then Palpatine found out
about it and had Dooku kill Sifo-Dyas and assume control of the order.

Then it contradicts the official starwars.com database that said
Palaptine was the one who arranged the clone army creation through
Sifo-dyas, and also it contradict the 'Galactic Crisis' book (by Ryder
Windham, who also write the 'Ultimate Visual Guide' for ROTS) that said
Palpatine was the one who sent Sifo-dyas to Kamino to commission the
army creation.
However, based on my past experience, the previous Essential Chronolgy
had given the misleading information about Padme, since it told that
Padme was still live shortly after giving birth and manage to raise her
children (maybe the author mistakenly refer to the fact that Leia could
still remember her mother in the original trilogy).

I have the impression that the author, again, mistakenly referred to
Dooku's point of view in Labyrinth of Evil, where Sidious told him
about Sifo-dyas ordering the clones (without revealing Palpatine's - or
his own alias - involvement in that). What do you think?

Nope....it was only from Dooku's point of view, based on the
information he got from Sidious in LoE. Sidious' involvement in the
original clone order was not explored by the book.
