I decided to subscribe to this group again after a long while being away.
It occured to me that I now have a steady NNTP server, so here I am. Anyone I
know still around, I wonder?

Only my email address, although that was back in the darkness of my days with
the ISP That is Unworthy of Name. I have since learned much, and corrected the
error of my ways (e.g., at least Charter gives me a semi-static IP and doesn't
filter ports).
