I got high and I realized something. I don't have to say NO to furry
and otherkin. I just have to get high enough to turn off that ugly,
rational part that says "Furry is a messed up culture" or "Otherkin is
a stupid belief system" and I'm okay with it.
I don't have to quit because now I'm happy with who I am whether or not
I'm a mundane. Apparantly hitting that bowl did lots to me. I don't
have to be in denial. I like this stuff. I just also want to be edgy
and quitting was my only way to it.
So every time I'm high I will come here and proudly announce my
draconity. I will be a furry and an otherkin once more, thanks to my
pot smoking. Isn't that cool? Now I'll fit in with the rest of you
guys! ^..^

Somehow, Starbles, I think that smoking pot is a Bad Idea, even if it does
bring you back to us.

I'm glad you're happy, I suppose, but I don't think you're achieving
that state in the best of ways. Most importantly, why are you
attaching your happiness to 'fitting in'? Quite a few posters here
aren't furries, scalies, or anything other than out and out human, yet
they're part of AFD. Being yourself is more important than being part
of the crowd, IMHO.

Nice to see you back, but just so you know, I don't have to get high to fit
in around here... laugh.. and if anybody thinks I'm a little weird, that's
ok too... I don't mind being weird... I have plenty of company!!

Indeed--FWIW, I feel somewhat the same way as Starbles about the whole
furry/otherkin thing (though perhaps to a lesser extent). I may post as
Pyros, and to some extent identify with him, but I don't consider myself
"other" in any kind of deep sense. (See definition of "R+" in the
dragoncode...more detailed explanation is available upon request, but
it's a little off-topic for this thread.) As such, I'm not a furry
(scaly? whatever), and I've never considered AFD a furry group--some
members are, yes, but certainly not all. Perhaps not even most.
This is a group for fans of dragons. If that's you, that's really all
the "fitting in" you need.

Well I guess I can always get sugar high. That does it for me too.
I'm back! I don't know how many posts I'll be making, but pot high I'd

Nothing much.
Just bought a printer. I am tired of the ink jet scene. I have been
looking for a nice cheap laser for a while. I found on when I was a
Staples picking up some more ink for the ink jet POS. After the rebate
the printer will cost $89...Not bad for the size of the machine and
the yields of the drum and tones carts. Not to mention that its a
Konica, my favorite brand :)
Since I work for a company that services Konica copiers, i should be
able to get the toners and drums cheaper :]
