Seriously.
Don't even remember seeing it as a young child when it first aired.
I am a Star Wars fan untouched by that evil.
Touched by other evils, sure, but not that one.
Should I be happy? Proud? Blessed by God?
This post started as a brag, but now I'm not sure anymore...

Weren't you at the Denver Con where we were all tortured into
unconsciousness by the Holiday Special??
I've seen it twice.
I should have left it at fond memories when I was 10.

Consider yourself the luckiest bastard on the planet. That "special"
was only special in the sense that it was even worse torture than
Vogon poetry.

You probably just blocked it out. It's a psychologically devastating
thing. The mind found a way to cope by blocking all your memories of it.

Impossable, nothing is worse than Vogon poetry. Then again, I've never
seen the Holiday Special.

The Holiday Special wasn't Evil.
It was cheese, to be sure, but harmless cheese which can be viewed with
hilarity even to this day.
Now, a true cinematic Evil would be Highlander 2.
I challenge you to deny that!!!!

............Because you have a secret desire to view it.
Why?
Because your subconcious knows it will never have the joy of viewing the
cheese with Jimmy Carter as President....

I can honestly say I've never watched a Highlander film either.
But unlike the Holiday Special, at least Highlander had Connery
involved with it at some point.

They are planning more Highlander (which I've never seen either), but
thankfully George Lucas is not planning any more Holiday Specials. :-)
