I was in Austin over the weekend on business. Interesting city. There
was rampant heterosexuality on 6th street all night, it seems. I
thought it was prostitution, but it was just the norm, I hear. Skanky
looking people wanting to screw anything in sight.

Sounds like the Organized Crime ties that are evident in the BSG script.
There are male and female prostitutes working for Organized Crime on such streets,
heterosexual and homosexual.
As I have mentioned, BSG is thoroughly infused with Hollywood Homosexual and Organized Crime influences.
============================================================ ===
In this scene [in Flight of the Phoenix] the pilots are portrayed playing cards for money, yet again in this BSG series.
Gambling is a product of right wing, libertarian ACLU supported Organized Crime.
In that same scene, the pejorative reference to Prostitution by Racetrack is condemned by the BSG writers
and the Hollywood Homosexuals who maintain a stranglehold on the script and direction of the BSG series.
"(Racetrack) Good idea. Maybe that Cylon whore taught him a few tricks."
Prostitution is a product of right wing, libertarian ACLU supported Organized Crime.

The V-chip code should have a specific code to identify Sodomy or any kind of homosexual kissing etc.
Parents should be able to specifically block homosexuality representations and symbolisms from their household.

The MPAA (Motion Pictures Association of America ) adopted the
Hays/Production Code in 1930 and started to enforce it in 1934.
They finally abandoned it for good in 1967.
Will H. Hays headed the MPAA during this period and was previously the
campaign manager for President Warren Harding and former
Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
As the name of the organization implies, the Hays Code was adopted by the
American movie studios and thus the US government or local governments
were not involved and the Code did not apply to foreign movies.
The other problem was that since the government was not involved in it was voluntary although records indicate that it was adhered
to fairly
up until the 1960's.
Thus, when in the 1950's the studios were forced to sell and relinquish control
of theatres, any foreign or independent product could violate the code and
sell to the prurient interest.
The F.C.C. needs to be involved only in banning certain specific content.
It then would be up to the studios to pick from the remaining millions of
subject matters to decide what they want to put into their movies.
http://www.artsreformation.com/a001/hays-code.html
[Joe McCarthy did not come onto the scene with the House Un-American
Activities Committee until the 1950's and I doubt that committee involved
itself with anything other than pursuing Communists.]

It is the truth. The Scifi Channel and the programmers who supply them with programming series
are constantly wrestling with one issue and struggle which is more important than any other science fiction issue:
how can they crowbar Sodomy into the BSG and other series while retaining viewership.
They clearly spend more time on that than any other endeavor.

published on the Scifi Channel web site.
All you have to do to win is write a script for Battlestar Galactica that will present a tasteful method

True Love, while of course retaining BSG TV viewership and ratings.
Remember, Scifi Channel does not want people running away from their TVs;

Such a story may be subtle, perhaps a little subliminal, but it must end
with Apollo and Tom Zerak in bed, participating in the fruits of
their true love.
Such a story would no doubt convert Scifi Channel viewers and their kids
to Sodomy or at greater support for the Homosexual Agenda, and pave the way for
new efforts to legalize Bestiality and Bestial Marriage.

not magically transmute it into the truth.

Just for the record, the Gaylacic Awards is not a Scifi Channel event.
The awards are given out every year at Gaylaxicon, the gay & lesbian
science fiction convention, which is organized and run by gay & lesbian
science fiction fans, not by the Scifi Channel. The note on the Scifi
Channel web site was merely reporting the results.
Not that JS is ever concerned about facts.
None of the awards went to any Scifi Channel program, and in particular
did not go to BSG. This is because shows on the Scifi Channel have
virtually no gay content whatsoever.

It is not that you disagree with it. It is that you see it when no one else
does. One could also think that you yourself are one of the
'Hollywood-Homosexual's' that you accuse others of being, due to the fact
that you are the only one who seems to notice homosexual sex on BSG. You say
that the 'Hollywood-Homosexual's' are on this very newsgroup trying to
persuade all of us to join there cause. You also say that they are involved
in the BSG script's, once again trying to persuade us all to join there
cause, yet no one but you can see the rampant homosexual behavior that seems
to happen on BSG but you...What if you are the paid hack here trying to get

talk about. You have done a pitiful job sir, a pitiful job indeed.

I am not spending anywhere near that amount of time on this Newsgroup.
The issues I raise are not fringe issues; these are critical issues that everyone cares about and for which
people are receiving erroneous information from the Hollywood Homosexual public relations machine.
Why not admit that you are trying to sell Sodomy to the kids who watch science fiction TV ?

Wrong. Saturday Night Live saw the same thing. So did TV Guide.
There is no question that there is widespread Sodomy symbolism in BSG inserted
to sell homosexuality to you and your kids.
Everyone here sees the Sodomy symbolism I have pointed out. They may not be perceptive enough
to have spotted the Sodomy themselves, but when it is pointed out to them they respond.
Remember, apart from the Hollywood Homosexual public relations workers here, these are weak people
one runs into on the Usenet. These sort of people show their agreement by criticizing the guy bringing the truth.
If what I was stating was not recognized to be true, none of these people would ever have responded to my messages
and there would have been no need for a campaign by the Hollywood Homosexual public relations workers here
to threaten those people to stop them from responding.

Homosexual Agenda. AIDS. The Middle East. These are among the top issues people care about today.
And the country is being deceived about all of these issues by the Hollywood Homosexual Neo-Conservative
crooks in the News Media.

The main goals are threefold:
1) to have more people support the homosexual agenda such as Homosexual Marriage and Gays In The Military,
2) to wrap this disgusting and suicidal homosexual agenda around the necks of the Left and the Democratic Party
the Left depends upon, to guarantee that they will lose election after election and ensure wealthy fatcats like themselves,
whether they be homosexual or heterosexual, maintain control of the country in Congress and the White House,
but the most important ultimate goal, I believe, to these people is:
3) to generate more homosexuals from the general population for them to use as partners for homosex and
more venues wherein homosex acts may be arranged and performed..

===========================================================
BSG is not science fiction. As Saturday Night Live put it, it is "Gays In Space.
They performed 3 skits on this subject, starting 3 weeks after the first US airing of
BSG Bastille Day episode.
===========================================================
>Absolutely *no* reference to Battlestar Galactica, these sketches
>clearly refer to the anal probes that some people claim that UFOs performed
>on them. So as we can see, John is once again lying when he says these SNL
>sketches refer to BSG. *Why* do you keep lying about Battlestar Galactica,
>John? Is it that you can't help it?
The reference to the "Galacticon" in the first in this series of 3 Gays In Space skits,
which is the name of a Battlestar Galactica fan convention, is obvious.
That first one aired on February 12 2005, just 3 weeks after the Jan 21 2005
airing of the Bastille Day episode which made clear that homosexual content
wasw being pushed subtlely and subliminally in the BSG series.
That first one also made references to the need to "have babies" which is almost
an exact quote of the BSG President [Roslin] who wished to expand the population
after most of the BSG colonies population was wiped out by Cylon attack.
This skillful SNL writing parodied the BSG homosexuality more acutely, because
of course selling Sodomy in the BSG storyline and then claiming they need to have
children creates an obvious dilemma. of logistics.
All three of the SNL skits were excellent works by their writers.
BSG Miniseries: "The human race is about to be wiped out. We have 50,000 people left,
and that's it. Now, if we are even going to survive as a species, then we need
to get the hell out of here and we need to start having babies. "
SNL Parody 1: "The only way our people can survive is by joining together to procreate."
It is obvious.
============================================================

I see no point here at all. Of course, if you made a point someone might be unhappy with the point and

Many of the non-hack people who inhabit these Newsgroups are weak and lonely people who are

in expressing their opinion.

You have to free yourself fromthose fears. Those people who threaten you and claim they will
not be your friend anymore if you agree with my point of view never were your friend in the first place.
To those public relations hacks, you are just another piece of trash, to be used, abused and/or run over.

The ACLU is a right wing libertarian organization. Organized Crime and Hollywood Homosexuals

In this scene the pilots are portrayed playing cards for money, yet again in this BSG series.
The greatest danger to this country today is that from the right wing libertarian nexus between:
US Supreme Court, Hollywood Homosexuals Neo-Conservatives,
ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), Organized Crime.
Organized Crime are the ultimate libertarians, even more right wing libertarian than homosexuals.

Heck, at least they are both human.
After all, to BSG Hollywood Homosexuals libertarians, morality has to be relative.

Organized Crime in the US became established in the 1920's during prohibition,
when alcohol was briefly banned in the US.by the 18th Amendment to the US Constitution in 1919, which was later
repealed by the 21st Amendment in 1933. Organized Crimes guys from that time were so proud of making
money defying the alcohol prohibition, doing exactly what the Chief is doing in the scene in this BSG episode:
manufacturing and selling "moonshine" from "stills".
http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html
The BSG writers present this right wing libertarian criminal behavior as having a altruistic and beneficial goal--
the development of the Stealth Fighter space vehicle, which we will surely see is critical to the defense
against the Cylons.
You see, BSG Hollywood Homosexuals are telling us, selling illegal drugs has a good side...
Alcohol was a product of right wing, libertarian ACLU supported Organized Crime, until alcohol was
re-legalized in 1933, and some Organized Crime bosses went legit, selling this product.

You have many logical errors in your arguments.
It is incumbent on the person propositioning a theory
to provide testable evidence to support the theory.
It is not incumbent on the person receiving a theory
to provide evidence in refute, only to address that the
facts of the argument do not follow.
Your arguments are unsupportable, you repeatedly
deny the antecedent. There is no game to win and
nobody has to prove you wrong, you have to
prove yourself right - which you have not... And, no
this is not personal, it is solely based on your arguments.
===================================
Reason
> Gambling is a product of right wing, libertarian ACLU supported Organized
Crime.
This statement is false, gambling is not necessarily a product of organized
crime. I can gamble anytime I want without connections to organized crime.
This is a logical fallacy of hasty generalization.
> Prostitution is a product of right wing, libertarian ACLU supported
Organized Crime.
Again, this statement is false, prostitution existed before ACLU or
Organized Crime. Also, there are prostitutes who operate 'freelance'
with no connection to anyone else.
This again is a logical fallacy of hasty generalization.
> Clearly these two guys know that they are fighting over something that is
non-human, thus Bestiality.
Anything non-human is not automatically animal. I cannot have bestiality
with a sex toy. This is a false analogy at best, a syllogistic fallacy at
worst.
> The clear message is, if these two guys can pervert heterosexual sex to
Bestiality in this way,
> what could possibly be so wrong with 2 men, like Apollo and Zerak, or
Zerak and Meier, and Sodomy ?
Ignoring the fact that the statement preceding this one was false, this is a
classic example of the slippery slope.
> The giggling fit of Starbuck in this scene conjured up the effects of
drugs, even laughing gas.
In context, Starbuck's giggling is due to anoxia, a known symptom - slothful
induction.
> Drugs are a product of right wing, libertarian ACLU supported Organized
Crime.
This again is a logical fallacy of hasty generalization. Drugs are a
product of good-ole mother nature and have been present way before
ACLU supported Organized Crime.
Drugs can be grown, made, purchased or used without the support of the same.
> The BSG writers present this right wing libertarian criminal behavior as
having a altruistic and beneficial goal--
> the development of the Stealth Fighter space vehicle, which we will surely
see is critical to the defense
> against the Cylons.
> You see, BSG Hollywood Homosexuals are telling us, selling illegal drugs
has a good side...
Writing about vigilantism does not necessarily mean the writer approves of
vigilantism. Nor does the thought of doing something illegal imply that it
is ok
to do something illegal. I have not seen reference in BSG to say that
posessing
alcohol is illegal. Although one might assume that a still on a military
vessel is not
allowed.
Who are the "Hollywood Homosexuals"? This is an anonymous authority error.

I did not state that all Gambling which is performed is performed under the control of Organized Crime.
However, most of it is.
Again, the role of this BSG episode is to advertise these Organized Crime products.
The fact that other small time individuals may also purvey these products is an irrelevant detail.

I did not state that all prostitution was Organized crime. However, to make a living from
prostitution often requires working in areas controlled by Organized Crime (i.e. certain streets at night),
where a woman or man engaging in this business needs to make a deal with Organized Crime, usually
through a pimp, to be allowed to work safely.

A sex toy could hardly be considered alive. Only sex between a man and a woman is Normal Sex.

That statement and this one must be proven to be false, before this claim can be validated.

> In context, Starbuck's giggling is due to anoxia, a known symptom - slothful induction.
There is no perception within the viewing public that anoxia causing a gigggling fit, even if this is true.
And TV is all about playing to the viewers' perceptions, unless they take time to educate the viewers
about this detail.

Those are small time operations. Again, the role of this BSG episode is to advertise these Organized Crime products.

Of course it is the clear implication on BSG that the manufacture and possession of alcohol is illegal.
Why else would they be portraying the Chief manufacturing this substance in secret and being discovered
by the XO Tigh.

Gambling is definitely a major product of organized crime.
That was the main business the Corleone family was in in the movie The Godfather (1972).
It was when the Don is shot and almost killed (a storyline which is stolen by BSG in the Adama shooting)
that the course of Organized Crime in that movie turns towards Drugs, after he wakes up and is weakened
and no longer able to curb the sale of Drugs by Organized Crime.
> Gambling is not a "product" of crime syndicates in the strict sense,

In the movie the Godfather, they play with the truth about in the part of the storyline in which Michael Corleone
takes over the family and flies to Las Vegas to muscle in on Mo Green's (Bugsy Siegel) casino.
Organized Crime was the major investor in both operations and when Green's casinos do not make enough money,
he is killed off and Michael corleone makes a deal with Hollywood entertainers to perform a few times a year
at the casinos to attract high rollers.
That portrayed nexus between Hollywood Homosexuals and Organized Crime is real.

Organized Crime through their pimps control the presentation of prostitutes on the street and even over the Internet
to customers for money and they siphon off some of the money received from payments by pimps.
Organized Crime definitely presents this product for money to the public.

Drug abuse often leads to oxygen deprivation of the brain which is often directly related to the
'high' experienced. For instance, dopamine increase during cocaine usage can constrict blood vessels
leading to this condition. Alcohol also has the effect of starving brain cells of oxygen.
=====================================================
http://www.oregoncounseling.org/ArticlesPapers/Documents/ETO HBIOFx.htm
Blackouts, or loss of memory for a period during drinking, are a physical effect of alcohol on the brain.
They occur as alcohol cuts off the supply of oxygen to the brain. Lack of oxygen supply to the brain
can kill tens of thousands of brain cells every time a person becomes intoxicated.

There is a positive reinforcement in the portrayal of drug effects in this episode, which is what the
giggling fit was meant to portray. Viewers likely would watch that scene and think that depriving their brain of oxygen,
through cocaine or alcohol or other drug abuse is a fun thing to try.

The BSG storyline is saying that defying the law and using drugs is both fun for Starbuck and
a productive for the Colonies' fight against the Cylons, directly responsible for the stealth fighter.
The term "sodomy" has a strict and non-strict connotation.

To weak minds, practically every depiction of a product works as an advertisement.
Hollywood Homosexuals know a lot of weak minds watch BSG and other science fiction TV series.

The evidence for this is practical: those who deal with drug abusers in the prison system

lead from one to the next.

commission, treatment or punishment of the behavior.

Starbuck and Apollo die ? Every viewer knows that that is never going to happen in the the BSG series.
Thus, everyone perceived simply that Starbuck and Apollo were having fun, and gas taken into their system
were responsible for this.

You have been proven wrong in every way your opponents can think of, and now
we are moving on to the next phase, wherein your k00ky aspects are to be
examined, as long as you are inclined to keep up the massive x-posting.
BTW, you have never proven that the "Hollywood Homosexuals" have any more
reality or credibility than the War On Terror.

Why do you insist so much on singling out BSG? Lots of other shows, in and
out of the sf genre, depict gambling, drug use, prostitution, and various
forms of adult sex -- but BSG has _never_ been explicit about the sex, and
the original series had a prostitute in the regular cast, as well as a
smoker/gambler among the stars. IOW, none of the stuff you're complaining
about (of those things which are actually present in the series) is in any
way "new" to BSG (unlike fully-android Cylons), and as for the complaints
about "sodomy", well, they're laughable. The subtext of a work of fiction
is for the audience to decipher, but a negative appraisal of subtext is the
business of the one who deciphers it, not the creator's. In other words,
"He who smelt it, dealt it!"

Prostitution in BSG, however, bears no resemblance to that of this planet,
as "Socialators" are respected members of society, religious fanatics
aside.

Well, Mr. Mundane Boring Grey Little Man, your *opinion* is noted and
dismissed. Cylons such as Number Six & Boomer qualify as "sex toys", with
the caveat that Boomer, in at least one of her iterations, appears to be
capable of being impregnated, something around which I'm admittedly still
wrapping my mind, but it still doesn't make your bestiality accusation
anything but ridiculous.

No, it has been proven, by your own words. You are using the slippery slope
fallacy. "The clear message is, if these two guys can pervert heterosexual
sex to Bestiality in this way, what could possibly be so wrong with 2 men,
like Apollo and Zerak, or Zerak and Meier, and Sodomy?" As Dru says,

Your claim remains an unproven conspiracy theory (along with the HHs, the
ACLU being a right-wing libertarian organisation, and all your other
examples of paranoid psychosis), and while conspiracies run rampant on this
planet, conspiracy theories can be had for a dime a dozen.

Conspiracy theory. Prove your assertions, or we'll laugh at you.

<headdesk> That's 'cause it's an example of a circular argument (more

You're assuming the truth of your conclusion by the premise. This means that

Lots of people do it, and do seem to be having fun, strangely enough.

Well, your conspiracy theory has all kinds of ins and outs, doesn't it? All
of them begging the question, but that seems to be your metier. Anyway, I
think you may have a lock on at least one kook award.
