There is a chance this might be a bit late -- we have Hurricane Katrina
coming up on our west (though I am out of the immediate devastation
zone--Aelfwina and others, my thoughts are with you and I hope right now
you and yours are doing well and are high and dry in a safe place) and
we might lose power later in the day during the only time when I can
work on this thanks to my crazy work schedule. If not today, it will
definitely be posted tomorrow.

Just heard that the summary for FI hasn't been posted yet (sorry I
haven't had a chance to follow the groups each day!). Right. If no
word is heard on FI today, then both F1 and FII summaries will be posted
tomorrow by me; if FI is posted today by the volunteer, I'll still go
ahead with FII tomorrow, if that's all right with everybody. It's all a
part of the languages and people after all, and this was a subject very
close to JRRT's heart. And, too, there have been quite a few delays
with appendix discussions and we are so close to wrapping it up, and I'm
rather taken with the idea of finishing up on the week of September 22
(g). Let's go ahead with it.
Please contact me on the group or by email with any comments or problems
about this (will be checking the groups tonight, if the power stays on,
and/or tomorrow).

PS: I included a cc: to Larry with this post but got the error message
that the server had responded that the address "theswain [at] operamail.com"
was banned. If someone has another address for him or can otherwise get
word to him about FI, please do; hope we hear from him soon. Otherwise,
will proceed as above...BB

Thanks for the bump. I'm working on it and should have it later tonight
or tomorrow morning.

Glad everything worked out and again, Larry, sorry that I missed it and
sent in a duplicate post; Google hadn't updated yet, apparently.
Anyway, will wait until Monday the 5th to post FII.
