Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall
pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend,
oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of
liberty. This much we pledge—and more.

Thanks for the memories.
Does anyone know the appropriate channel to send condolences to the family?

I met Mr. Doohan at a Star Trek convention in Pittsburgh in 1975, or
thereabouts. It was at the autograph signing session and he gave two
lectures and question and answer talks. He was very entertaining in real
life just as he was in the show and in the movies. My condolences and
prayers for his family.

A Vulcan prayer for James Montgomery Doohan:
May he find peace in the afterlife that he could not find here.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Doohan at a Con in Dallas during the
mid-1980's.
He was a wonderful Guest wih a great sense of humor, a genuine appreciation
for the fans,
a damn good memory with attention to detail and a good man.
Rest in peace, James. Save me a seat at your table. :'-(

One thing is for sure everything is working well in Heaven tonight. Because
Scotty is on the Job.
God bless you James Doohan and watch over your family now that you are gone.
