There once was a knight in shining armour, riding a white steed, and his
name was...hm, can't seem to remember his name...oh, well, i'll come to
me, i'm sure...
One day, while out riding, he heard of a village in the nearby
mountains, where a maiden had been kidnapped by a dragon. He went to the
village, and told the maiden's parents he'd bring her back to them.
He looked all over the valley for the dragon, but found no trace. None
of the peasents were missing lifestock, children, gold, or jewelry.
(Well, they did after he came by...still can't remember his name, btw.).
After a few day he ordered the slaves he'd made on his search through
the valley to go up into the mountains, and look there.
The next day, one of them came back, and told the knight (i really wish
i could remember his name) of the cave he'd found. In the cave, the
slave said, was a huge pool, and swimming in the pool were the
dragon...and the maiden, naked as the day she was born, and beautiful as
the stars at night. The knight got angry, took his sword, and killed the
slave. Then he went up to the dragon's lair.
Early the next morning, the knight stood at the cave's mouth.
Baldly...no, boldly he went into the cave, and came upon a side chamber,
where the dragon, and the maiden lay sleeping on a huge pile of gold.
The knight (if only i could remember his name...) took his sword, and
bravely slew the dragon.
The maiden awoke from the noise, saw the knight standing over the dead
dragon, pulled out a dagger from her robes, and stabbed the knight
through the heart. "B [at] $& [at] rd!" she screamed, "You murdered my lover!"

white steede. (Darnit, why can't i remember his name?!)
