Was the female T'Pol or her great grandmother, like
she said? It was a good episode I think.
As a matter of fact I am going back and watching all
the episodes on DVD and actually enjoying it!

It was pretty much established in that T'Pol would not have been old enough
to been around in the 1950s Joleen Blalock said that T'Pol was in her mid
60s , which was established in dialogue in season 4 (I forget which specific
ep).

Cool. Thank you. I missed quite a few episodes in seasons 2 and 4
so I still have "new to me" Trek to look forward to.
