Strange, gambling has been around since the Babylonian times, some
3-4000 years ago. Neither the ACLU, libertarians, or right-wingers

Writing about vigilantism does not necessarily mean the writer approves of
vigilantism.
Nor does the thought of doing something illegal imply that it is ok to do
something illegal.
I have not seen reference in BSG to say that posessing alcohol is illegal.
Although one might assume that a still on a military vessel is not allowed.
