This might be old news to a lot of you but.... I've been rewatching the
first series and have noticed some bits south park copied from them.
I'm afraid I'm not too good on the episdoe names but here goes....
The South Park episode with the planetarium - copied from Dagger of the
Mind, ie folks sit under a ray which empties their mind, in both Trek and SP
the baddie gets left alone under the ray and it empties his mind.
In the Menagerie, Spocks former captain Pike? is it? is in a sort of steel
wheelchair thingy with a burnt face and can only communicate by flashing a
light on his wheelchair, well that also happened in a south park episode
where they set the teacher on fire in kindergarten.
Is this old news? are there any more ST-SP tie- ins?

It's fairly old news. There are indeed more tie ins.
